Jeremy Grant is a freelance writer and editor, combining 25 years in global journalism at the Financial Times and Reuters with experience producing top-flight content and thought leadership at consulting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

Prior to this, Judge worked at CME Group for 20 years, with a consistent focus on developing new markets and products, promoting adoption of new technologies and delivering market efficiencies, primarily to the High Frequency Trading community.
Judge has also worked at Thomson Reuters, within the Treasury Services Group and at Citibank, within Middle Office operations.

Stephane is working with advocacy groups, policy makers and regulators to follow market structure and industry challenges impacting the financial market industry. He is also leading innovation activities in the capital market space within ING and developing external partnership with Fintech companies. He actively contributes in industry working groups to represent ING Bank.
Stéphane joined ING in 2015 to lead the bank e-commerce initiatives across all financial market products and to develop the financial market group’s cross-asset ecommerce strategy. Before joining ING, Stephane spent eight years at Société Générale, where he was Global Head of FIC eCommerce, creating an eCommerce business covering credit, rates, money market, emerging market and FX. Prior to this, Stéphane worked at JPMorgan Chase for ten years, serving in different roles in Global FX E-Commerce Business Management and cross-asset eCommerce technology and was based in London and New York.
Stephane has a strong background in financial markets and understands the need for continued technological development to drive positive change in trading and market structure workflows. He is leading ING Financial Market innovation strategy and working on the implementation of financial regulations that will impact the clients trading activity and transform how trading floor operates.
Stephane is also an advisor or board member for several Fintech initiatives and trading associations in Fixed income and FX. Since 2005 he has been active with the ACI Financial Market Association - an international non-profit organisation that represents the interests of market professionals in foreign exchange and money markets. Matthias Rietig
Mr. Rietig is Senior Officer and Chief Representative of Singapore Branch of Osaka Exchange, Inc. (OSE), the derivatives arm of Japan Exchange Group (JPX).
Since joining Osaka Securities Exchange (current Osaka Exchange) in 2006, Mr. Rietig has led OSE’s international derivatives marketing with a focus on driving the growth and expansion of OSE’s global investor base. He also played a key role in the integration of the derivatives markets between OSE and Tokyo Stock Exchange in March 2014. Singapore based since 2012, he has developed communication between Asian and global investors.
Prior to OSE, he worked at Deutsche Boerse AG from 1998 to 2003, followed by a short 8-month stint at Monex Securities Inc. in Tokyo, a leading Japanese online broker. On returning to Europe, he joined the Global Markets team at Deutsche Bank, covering Euro-bonds & Autobahn trades for the London desk before taking up a role as ECB watcher for the Japanese Ministry of Finance, Frankfurt.

Mohd Saleem currently serves as the Director of Bursa Malaysia Derivatives Berhad, a subsidiary of Bursa Malaysia Berhad which provides, operates, and maintains a futures and options exchange. Saleem is responsible for leading the Malaysian exchange-traded derivatives business to new heights.
Prior to his latest role, Saleem was double hatting as the Head of Product & Market Development and Head of International Development since he joined Bursa Malaysia Derivatives in July 2019. In his capacity as the Head of Product & Market Development, he led the team in product launch and revamp projects to expand, diversify and improve the offerings of the Exchange to meet the ever-evolving needs of market participants. As Head of International Development, Saleem was responsible for ensuring that the products and services of the Exchange are accessible by traders worldwide. He played a pivotal role in engaging with industry stakeholders and establishing collaborations with foreign Exchanges to explore new business opportunities.

Sharon Shi
Sharon has been involved in the financial services sector since 1999. Her previous experience at China Construction Bank and Shanghai Futures Exchange brings the creation and successful development of Futures First investment business in China between 2007 and 2012. In 2013, Sharon helped to establish G. H. Financials to extend the company’s global clearing business into Asia and has recently been promoted to Group CEO.
Sharon served as a member of FIA Asia Regional Advisory Board since 2017 and Chair of the FIA Asia Regional Advisory Board and member of FIA Board before moving to London to assume her new role.
Sharon graduated with a Degree of MBA (Banking & Finance) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and has a qualification of CFA® and FRM®.

Her previous experience at China Construction Bank and Shanghai Futures Exchange brings the creation and successful development of Futures First investment business in China between 2007 and 2012. In 2013, Sharon helped to establish G. H. Financials to extend the company’s global clearing business into Asia and has recently been promoted to Group CEO.
Sharon served as a member of FIA Asia Regional Advisory Board since 2017 and Chair of the FIA Asia Regional Advisory Board and member of FIA Board before moving to London to assume her new role.
Sharon graduated with a Degree of MBA (Banking & Finance) from the Nanyang Technological University of Singapore and has a qualification of CFA® and FRM®.

Bill Templer is a veteran financial services executive and consultant.
For the past 18 months Bill has been chairman of Sub-51, a start-up looking to change the economics of farming, through the development of natural asset credits. Sub-51 is about to launch the first Gold Standard certified soil carbon model.
Sub 51 has attracted leading companies to be involved in building out the first carbon platform of its kind, including some leading FTSE 100 companies.
Bill has provided consulting services to a number of organisations including the London Stock Exchange, Deutsche Bank, Lloyds Bank, ICAP, SunGard and Trading Technologies.
He has also been a member of a number of advisory boards in the UK and the US, and previously was a member of the Board of Eurex Clearing as an Independent Director, in Germany.
Prior to establishing his own consulting business, he was a managing director and Global Head of Clearing & Execution at Morgan Stanley in London. He was co-head of listed derivatives at Morgan Stanley in June of 2009 until May 2012 when he established his own consulting business.
Bill was with UBS as Managing Director, Global Head of Listed Derivatives Clearing & Execution, working at UBS for more than 14 years, having joined S.G. Warburg in 1995.
Bill served as a member of the executive committee and the board of directors at the Futures and Options Association.
He is also the founder of Futures For Kids, the Charity which has become established as the Futures Industry Charity and has raised more than £3 million since its inception.

Mr Pol de Win joined Singapore Exchange (SGX Group) as Head of Global Sales and Origination (GSO) on 1 July 2021.
As Head of GSO, Mr de Win drives the growth of SGX Group’s international presence, including strengthening client engagements globally and overseeing SGX Group’s specialised sales teams in 9 cities. He leads the strategy and delivery of the equity and debt capital market businesses, as well as the development of distribution channels for SGX Group’s products and services across all asset classes.
Mr de Win has extensive experience in capital markets advisory and transaction execution across Asia, Europe and the US. Prior to joining SGX Group, Mr de Win held various senior roles at Goldman Sachs. He most recently headed Southeast Asia Financial Institutions and Fintech (Asia ex‐ Japan) as Managing Director in Hong Kong.
Mr de Win is the Chairman of SGX Cares Bull Charge, the only corporate charity initiative that brings the financial industry and SGX‐listed companies together to support the needs of the underprivileged, persons with disabilities and the elderly. Mr de Win leads the effort in rallying the community to raise funds for SGX Cares’ beneficiaries.

Raymond CW Wong
Raymond serves as the Head of EMEA Business Development representing HKEX in the region. He is responsible for setting up and launching HKEX’s London Office, overseeing the business development and relationship management of EMEA-based banks, brokers, listed structured product issuers, asset managers and asset owners, partnering with this important group of clients to optimise their interaction with HKEX.
He actively promotes and educates clients on equities, fixed income products, and clearing solutions covering listed derivatives, Stock Connect and OTC Clear. He plays an integral role in developing enhancements to HKEX’s current range of products, while also maintaining a broad strategic focus on the ongoing developments of Stock Connect and the market microstructure in Hong Kong’s cash equities and derivatives markets. Prior to joining HKEX in January 2016, Raymond was a Sales Trader and served as an Equity Derivatives Broker covering Asia Ex-Japan. His experience covers business development, relationship management, cash equity sales trading, derivatives trading, structured products, trading / clearing infrastructure, and trading systems. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Southampton University, UK.
